Telecommunications operators and developers will work on the sovereign Internet

Telecommunications operators, developers and manufacturers of IT systems will be able to offer their own rules for using systems to enforce the sovereign Internet law. The Ministry of Communications invited them to develop these rules under the leadership of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs. All systems for the implementation of the law will have to be certified, representatives of the ministry and the RSPP said.
